Dear Applicant:

Please be sure to complete the following when applying for an OPI (forms and applications available through the links above):

Application Form (including payment)
Test-Taker Acknowledgment Consent and Waiver Form
OPI Proctor Agreement

You will then be contacted as soon as possible to schedule your Oral Proficiency Interview.

Your rating and certificate stating the rating will be made available to you through our web site, as soon as we receive the information from the ACTFL testers involved. Please note that it will take up to four weeks from the time of your actual interview to issue the official ACTFL proficiency rating.
