The School District of Tulsa has determined that the ACTFL Oral Proficiency Interview and Writing Proficiency Test may be used to meet teacher certification requirements.

For information about ACTFL proficiency assessments, the application process and testing procedures, please read the School District of Tulsa - ACTFL Proficiency Assessments Brochure , available through the links below. After reading through the brochure, you may download the appropriate applications and forms to mail or fax to us, and/or apply directly on line.
