This is your chance to find out if this is an organization where you want to work.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>3 Goals to Achieve<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you ask the proper questions, you want to achieve the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure the interviewer has no reservations about you.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate your interest in the organization and what they do.<\/li>\n<li>Find out if you feel the job is a right fit for you. Prepare 3-5 questions for each interview, and ask three of them. It\u2019s always best to be over prepared than under prepared.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are so many questions you could ask during a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/nextavenue\/2014\/06\/18\/10-job-interview-questions-you-should-ask\/#3056d4ec191e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">job interview<\/a>, but if you stay focused on these three goals, the questions flow out. It&#8217;s also important to call out your achievements and highlight any\u00a0credentials or certifications\u00a0you (as a candidate) want to make an employer aware\u00a0of that\u00a0make you more attractive as a potential hire.\u00a0Speaking a second language\u00a0is one that many employers find attractive\u00a0if not, useful to have.
