My Languages Open Doors

How have your languages opened doors for you, or how will they in the future?

Create a short (up to 2 minutes) video responding to this year’s theme. In your video, share how your language skills have opened doors for you, or how they will open doors in your future.

You may talk about school, work, family, community, travel, or personal growth. Use real examples and speak from your own experience.

Your video should be:

  • Clear and engaging
  • Focused on the theme
  • Recorded in English, another language, or a combination of languages (please use subtitles if you are recording in a language other than English)

Be yourself. Tell your story. Show how your languages matter.

Three scholarship awards will be given: $500, $300, and $200.
